Atlantic Immigration Program

This program is specifically designed to attract skilled worker to Atlantic provinces of Canada which includes New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland and Labrador.

International graduate requirements

International graduate do not need to meet the work experience requirement instead they need to fulfill:-
• They need to hold minimum of 2 year degree, diploma from a recognized post secondary college in Atlantic region
• Have lived in the Atlantic province for minimum 16 months in the last 2 years

Eligibility Criteria for AIP

In order to apply for AIP, candidate must have the following:

• The need to reside in Atlantic province of Canada

• Provincial endorsement, which is a certificate issued by Atlantic province to the candidate who is supported to permanent reside under AIP

• A genuine job offer from a designated employer or for a real labor market need 

• Candidate must have one year of job experience in past 5 years

• The need to show sufficient funds to support them and their family when settled in Canada 

• They need to have 1 year post-secondary degree(canadian or equivalent)
